Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.

Production time
Every piece is embroidered to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order ships.

Shipping options and rates

Standard: $7, or free on orders of $75 or more (counted after any discounts). Arrives in about 5–8 business days after it ships.
Express: $18. Arrives in about 3–5 business days after it ships.

Delivery times are estimates from the carrier and start once your order ships, after production. When it ships, we'll email you a tracking number.

Address accuracy
Please check your shipping address before you place your order. We aren't responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we can reship it once you've paid the new shipping cost.

Damaged, lost or stolen packages
If your order arrives damaged, email photos to hello@foldedlabel.com within 48 hours of delivery and we'll send a free remake. We aren't responsible for packages lost or stolen after tracking shows them as delivered, but we'll help you file a claim with the carrier. See our Refund policy for details.
